12100 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document contains the terms and conditions governing use of the 12100 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and 12100 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 12100 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above who are based in Malaysia. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service on the 12100 platform, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You are a valid and eligible resident or citizen of Malaysia to use this online entertainment platform.
- All information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and all other relevant policies.
- You are not acting on behalf of any third party or entity without our explicit written authorisation.
Acceptance of these Terms is required to use the 12100 platform. If you are registering on behalf of a company or business entity, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Please review this page periodically.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 12100 platform. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. We reserve the right to require identity verification at any time to ensure account integrity.
Information required during registration includes your full name (as per your official identification document), phone number, and a valid email address. All details must be accurate — false information may result in account termination and balance freezing.
Password Security & Access
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 12100 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other means. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether carried out by yourself or by any other party you have authorised or failed to prevent from gaining access.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 12100 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following rules at all times:
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Making deposits and withdrawals using payment methods that are legitimately yours.
- Contacting support for issues relating to your own account.
- Reviewing and understanding the bonus terms before claiming any offer.
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the unauthorised use of another person's credit card or bank account.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access it.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, promotions, or game mechanics in an unfair manner.
Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, and in certain cases, appropriate legal action. 12100 reserves the right to take whatever measures it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the platform and its users.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the 12100 platform are conducted in MYR. Supported deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR, and online banking for major Malaysian banks.
Deposit: Funds deposited into your account may only be used for betting and gaming on the 12100 platform. We reserve the right to request proof of fund source to meet internal compliance requirements. Deposits identified as proceeds from illegal activity will be returned and the associated account closed.
Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in special circumstances approved by our team. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are stated in the platform's support section.
Bonus: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. The rollover requirements, validity period, and eligible games for each bonus are clearly stated in the respective offer details. We are not liable if a user fails to meet the bonus requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
- All amounts in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit).
- Deposits cannot be reversed once processed.
- Withdrawals require a fully verified account.
- 12100 does not cover any transfer fees charged by the user's bank.
- Balances inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to our dormant account policy.
5. Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
Under no circumstances shall 12100 or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim. The platform does not guarantee that its services will always be available without interruption, error-free, or fully secure from external threats.
Account Suspension & Closure
12100 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraudulent activity, use of false information during registration, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance in that account (including any bonus balance) may be forfeited without compensation. Accounts closed at the user's own request will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, and any eligible cash balance will be returned upon completion of verification.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach are not permitted to register a new account without our written authorisation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 12100 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 12100 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Third-Party Links & Services
Our platform works with third-party service providers such as payment processors and game suppliers. 12100 is not responsible for the policies, conduct, or accuracy of information provided by those third parties. Use of third-party services through our platform is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
12100 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of them. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
